It did the job and I got my booking sorted, but the checkout was kinda slow and laggy. Not terrible, just a bit annoying tbh

I was really looking forward to the show because I’d had the tickets saved in my email for weeks and even got there a little early, but the view ended up being disappointing. Most of the time, my view of the stage was blocked, so I could only catch bits and pieces of what was going on. It made it hard to really enjoy the performance.

I went to a concert at Cadogan Hall and really enjoyed the performance overall, but I have to say the event programme was disappointing.

There wasn’t much information about the performers, and a few sections felt like they had been put together in a hurry. For the price, I expected at least some clearer notes, timings, or a bit more background to make it feel worthwhile.

Maybe it was just that particular programme, but it didn’t really add anything to the evening for me. Personally, I’d probably skip buying one next time unless I knew it had more substance.

I went to Cadogan Hall hoping for a relaxed evening, and while the venue itself was fine, the experience felt a little more stressful than I expected. I had a simple question about my seat, but the response I got came across as quite blunt, almost like I was interrupting.
I did end up being passed between a few different staff members, which was a bit frustrating. The show may well have been enjoyable overall, but the customer service side could definitely have been warmer. I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back

Stayed in a nice area and getting around was easy tbh, but the queues got annoying after a while lol. Overall decent location, just not flawless...

The show itself was fine, but the bar really took the shine off the night. The queue was long before the show and just as bad at the interval, and after all that I ended up paying a lot for a small drink.

The choice wasn’t great either, mostly basic snacks and not much else. The staff seemed rushed rather than rude, but it all felt a bit chaotic. I did complain afterwards, but I had to chase them to get any sort of reply, which was frustrating. I’d definitely avoid buying anything there next time.

The toilets were clean, which I appreciated, and that’s a big deal to me. The rest of the facilities were basic, but they were fine for what they were.

The seats were way too cramped. I had almost no legroom, and by the end my knees were really sore. I get that space can be limited, but this felt uncomfortable enough that the airline really needs to take responsibility and do better for passengers...

I tried booking tickets on my phone, but using the site with a screen reader was a pain. A lot of the buttons didn’t have labels, the seating map was really confusing to navigate, and I ended up giving up before I even got to checkout. For me, it was too frustrating to recommend unless they make some serious accessibility improvements.

The venue itself was really nice, and I wanted to enjoy the show more than I did. But from where I was sitting, the sound came across muddy and uneven, especially the vocals. It reminded me how much the mix can shape the whole night—when you can’t really hear the singer clearly, it’s hard to feel fully connected to the performance...
